"I was told 15 minute wait. I waited 25 minutes and then watched them take in a walk in to shave his neck hair for free. He was told how long he would have to wait, but they let him in when he said he wanted a neck trim which apparently is free. I was then put up on the computer that I was on deck to go next. They then called the name after me (who did not call ahead, I asked) and I all of the sudden was on the computer for another 15 minute wait. I watched the neck trim guy go without even a tip. Too bad. I'm a big tipper and if that girl would have taken me instead of some walk in for a freebie, she would have got a nice tip. I left. Too many other places to go to."

"Be sure to check in online. Priority is given to online check ins which is pretty annoying for walk in guests."

"The hair dresser took extra time to make sure my hair was the way I wanted it. The place is not visible from the road. You have to drive into the plaza to find it. The staff were very professional and polite. The sports theme was merely a television with ESPN. It was a great experience."

"Fast enough that I can get a haircut over lunch. Staff is good about not forcing you to make small talk if you'd rather not talk while getting a cut."
